Who we are
This website is run by Silicon Tradetech Ltd (company number [NUMBER]), Pilgrim House, 10 Bishop Street, Town Hall Square, Leicester LE1 6AF, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site. Contact us at info@breevfan.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the type of customer you are, the product you're interested in, and your message. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to buy from us or trade with us, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. Your enquiry is delivered by email through our website host. We may share it within the Silicon Group companies only where needed to answer your enquiry (for example, a technical question for our factory in India). Where data leaves the UK, we take steps to keep it protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@breevfan.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
